Body after the Bump...

I have received several messages and emails requesting a blog post on how I personally was able to get my pre pregnancy body back. Let me start off by saying I am not a fitness expert by no means, and certainly do not claim to be! I love reading your messages, comments, emails, texts and feedback... it truly makes my day, and means so very much to me! For all of you requesting this blog post this ones for you!!! Please know I am not pushing my views or telling you what to do, just simply sharing with you what I did! Take what you wish! I hope it helps and answers any questions you wonderful ladies have!

First things first, I gained a whopping fifty pounds with Saylor! Yes, it's true fifty! I wish I could tell you my pregnancy was easy and I worked out and ate super clean, ha! Nope. I was sick everyday for five months, threw up at least once a day, and had no energy to workout.  Now, before I was pregnant I did workout religiously so "muscle memory" is huge when bouncing back!

What I did before pregnancy:

Jay Johnson's Bootcamp Fitness! I lovvvvvve this program, Jay, his wife Lin and their amazing staff! I went a minimum of three days a week. You will notice amazing results if you are consistent and clean up your diet in as little as two weeks! It just continues to get better and better after that.

Before my bootcamp days, I danced and cheered professionally. Like I said before, "muscle memory" is huge! If you have a good foundation it's going to make a big difference! If you don't, no need to stress or lose sleep over it, you can bounce back too it's just going to take a little extra work, focus and dedication! You will get there so please don't give up!

While I was pregnant:

I enjoyed every minute of growing a little baby girl! I slept often, I had morning sickness always and I certainly ate anything I was craving! I also worked full time on my feet up until a week before I had her!

Post Pregnancy:

Breastfeeding- to me it was everything, and the best thing I could do for my sweet little one! I breastfed Saylor thirteen months.  Not only is Saylor super healthy but this for me played a huge role in weight loss.  I lost a total of thirty pounds by breastfeeding alone.

Belly Bandit- I ordered the Belly Bandit Orginal and wore it literally right after I had her and everyday and night for the first three months. This truly helped to tone and tighten my tummy.

Fit Tea- 28 Day Detox. The tea is delicious, all natural and great for your body! I followed the protocol and drank my hot tea once a day! I lost seven pounds with this detox.

Alexa Jean Fitness- This mama rocks! She has the coolest work outs, designed for at home, outside, on the go, or a gym! She makes working out easy to follow, enjoyable and doable! My favorite program of hers is "Sore to the Core." I toned up and lost about five to eight pounds with her workouts!

NO Carbs, NO Sugar, Only Water- A not so fun routine, lasted three weeks but helped me to loose my last few pounds!! I only did this recently to get swimsuit ready for our Cabo vacation. I ate plenty of protein, veggies, and some fruit! I was constantly drinking water! This I will tell you is not at all easy! I did not love it, but if you are serious and dedicated It makes a crazy difference!

Things you should know:

Here are a few things you should know about me and my everyday lifestyle that also keep me fit and healthy!
