Seriously, I screamed of excitement when I saw the hot pink. I was even more thrilled when I saw them in mini me size! Saylor and I had a blast shooting, I think it's so special to capture these precious mom and daughter moments, because I'm sure one day my sweet little toddler will turn into a teenager and you know it may not be so "cool" to match mom! Lace & Fringe... Sounds good to me!

Oh yes it's a hot one here in TEXAS but that doesn't stop me from getting my cowgirl boots out! One of my favorite things to do on a nice summer night is kick back and enjoy a country concert with my husband, the girls, family... whoever. I love to sing, dance, just have a good time. I always get asked "hey what are you wearing tonight?" The truth is I change it up all the time, sometimes a dress and boots, jeans and a cute top, romper... but what I'm loving right now are my "BOOTS WITH THE FRINGE" not fur lol (sorry I had to), and my lace shorts! So girly, so fun and when you boot scoot the fringe moves kinda cool.... you know like when you were a little girl and you would twirl in your dress, pretty much like that with the boots and fringe. Polka Polka Polka DOTS!!!

I'm not sure if I'm the only woman who goes through this mini panic ... your boss says ok come dressed professional, "business casual". Well for most I'm sure it's a no brainer because you work in a business environment, however for me a trendy lil' aesthetician who loves color, sparkle and only has suits I've worn in pageants or on TV interviews, ummm... what does that mean?? Im either going to be way over dressed or like rocking my destroyed denim and tank lol. Do I cover my shoulders? Is this top too low? Is this dress to short? Are jeans totally against the rules? aye aye aye ... great news for me I have tons of "business casual" outfits I just needed to put them together! 

As a mommy I find myself even more concerned with my professional appearance. I don't want to set the wrong example for my daughter, I want to look stylish but still appropriate for my age. I want to be in with the trend. Most importantly I want to be comfortable and feel confident in what I'm wearing!  

So with that being said here is my take on "business casual". This outfit is girly, fun, comfortable, classy, stylish, sleek, and colorful. You'll show up like... hey I'm here, I'm professional and super cute!

I was strolling through Nordstrom when I stumbled upon this beauty, I thought to myself that's the perfect lil' wear everywhere dress. I love the shape, the color, the feel of the fabric ... it was definitely "mint to be" hahaha I know cute right! I love it most because it has such a feminine look, yet classy and still fun. The cut of the dress fit just right, it gives your waist a sliming effect and who doesn't love that?!? Good Morning my lovelies it's "Fashion Friday"!! Today's focus "rompers" silly name, super cute fashion trend! I am crazy in love with rompers this season! Which is so funny because it's basically a onesie for adults, and not the easiest when you have to use the ladies room. Oh the sacrifices we make for a fabulous outfit, and that fashion forward look.
